Wash them by hand, in warm water and soap. Products are specially produced for your dear friends, therefore, unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be made. Please contact us for any problems that may occur despite compliance with the terms of use for the products. All products are specially produced according to the measurements of your dear friend, so the products have a production process of at least 15 days. This period, including shipping, is a maximum of 20 working days. Cancellation or refund is possible if the order takes longer than 20 days to reach you.
